These terms govern your use of www.culturewithlina.com (“the site”), operated by Culture With Lina. By using the site, or by buying anything from it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is
Culture With Lina is a travel publication. It publishes articles, guides and destination information, sells digital travel guides and merchandise, and offers free tools such as the Travel Budget Calculator. Everything here is published for general information and inspiration.
2. Travel information is not professional advice
Travel conditions change constantly. Prices, opening hours, transport routes, entry requirements, visa rules, festival dates and safety conditions can all change without notice, and information that was accurate when an article was written may not be accurate when you read it.
Nothing on this site is legal, medical, financial, immigration or safety advice. Always check official government sources, embassy guidance and your own insurer before you travel. Any estimate produced by the Travel Budget Calculator is an approximation based on the figures you enter and general cost data, not a quotation, and should never be relied on as the actual cost of a trip. You travel at your own risk and remain responsible for your own decisions.
3. Respecting the cultures we write about
Many of the festivals, ceremonies and religious sites covered here are living traditions belonging to the communities that hold them, not attractions. Where an article describes how to take part, it reflects our understanding at the time of writing. Customs vary by region, family and occasion. Always follow the instructions of your hosts and local authorities, ask before photographing people, and respect any restriction on entry, dress or behaviour at a religious site.
4. Purchases
Digital guides
Digital guides are delivered as a download link immediately after payment is confirmed, and by email to the address you provide. Check your spam folder before contacting us. A digital guide is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may print a copy for your own trip. You may not resell it, share the file publicly, or republish extracts without written permission.
Merchandise
Physical items are made and shipped by our print partner. Delivery times depend on the destination and are shown at checkout. Import duties or customs charges, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in the currency indicated and include any tax we are required to charge. Payment is taken by Stripe or PayPal. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order that was placed at an incorrect price.
5. Refunds
Digital guides. Because a guide is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are final once the file has been downloaded. If a file is corrupted, incomplete or does not match its description, email us within 14 days and we will either replace it or refund it in full. If you have not yet downloaded the file, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
Merchandise. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photograph and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Because items are printed to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for the wrong size being ordered, so please check the size guide before you buy.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and normally reach you within 5 to 10 working days.

6. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that takes place under it. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms.
7. Our content
The text, guides, illustrations and design on this site belong to Culture With Lina and are protected by copyright. Stock photography appearing on the site is licensed from its rights holders and remains their property. You may quote a short extract with clear credit and a link back to the original article. You may not republish an article in full, use our images or video without written permission, or use our content to train a machine learning model.
The Culture With Lina name and logo are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.
8. Your contributions
If you send us a comment, photograph, review or message, you confirm it is yours to share and you give us permission to publish it on the site and in our newsletter with credit. We may edit or remove anything that is abusive, misleading, unlawful, spam, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
9. Links to other sites
Articles link to other websites for booking, tickets, official information and background reading. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
10. Advertising and affiliate relationships
This site carries advertising and may earn commission from some links. See our Disclosure page for the details.
11. Availability
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site, including articles and products, at any time.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Culture With Lina is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on information published here, including loss arising from travel decisions, cancelled plans, missed connections or additional costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
13. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The terms that apply to a purchase are the ones in force on the day you place your order.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Morocco, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Morocco. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your own country.
